The Initial Call…When you contact Dawkins Development Group Inc., we will inquire about the goals you have in mind for your home project and discuss the feasibility of those goals in conjunction with your budget, your existing environment, and your short and long-term plans. We want to make sure we provide you with the best products and service for the renovation of your home or business.
On-Site Complimentary Consultation…an on-site consultation follows the initial phone call where we come out to meet with you in person and take a closer look at your existing home or building site. At this point, we will discuss, in more detail the result that you are looking for. We will also make sure you fully understand the renovation process.
Contract Signing…With the last details finished, we will sign an agreement. At this meeting, we will review the project scope, design and finish selections and answer any questions you may have. We will establish a payment schedule based upon the progress of the project. We will describe the anticipated project life-cycle so that you’ll know up front what to expect of us. We will advise you as to how and when you may be impacted during the renovation process. Our goal will be to minimize any imposition on you.
Renovation…The renovation begins with a review of the contract documentation. We will present you with a copy of your agreement along with any additional project information. During the project, we will have progress meetings to make sure that we are proceeding according to plan. Upon completion, we will have a walk-through with you to identify any areas that may need “fine tuning” & leave you to enjoy your home.
