Dawkins Development Group Inc. is a General Contracting and Real Estate Development firm located in NY, CT, and GA specializing in custom home building and remodeling commercial and residential. We have been established for 18 years and are currently looking for good fit candidates to expand our team of salesmen/estimators throughout the metro-atlanta area with at least 6 years of experience. You will estimate the jobs and work under our company brand.
You will do all your own work from start to finish whether you are doing the work yourself or managing your own crew. The company will send you leads and jobs to do as well as you can find your own projects. We will supply accounts with local suppliers, carry all the needed insurance and licenses to get the jobs, and float money to make payroll while the projects are in motion.
Requirements:
- Must be good in sales
- 6 years minimum of estimating
- 6 years minimum of construction experience
- 5 years minimum of project management
- Have own and reliable transportation
- Have own set of tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Undergo drug test and background check
